~furious turbotax customer: This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had!!!!!! First they told me there system was down the next time they told me everything was fine and I could withdraw my money. Well it didn't work again. So after waiting another ** min they told me the problem was with the atm and i needed to go to another atm. So i did i went * * of them and none of them worked. Now im on hold again and they are telling the the technical problems have not been fixed!!!!! Run like **** from this company! They are criminals! They will find anyway they can * hold up your money! Run like **** from them......
