GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/05/17?
GetHuman-annette12: I can't belive I paid for my card to pay for my hotel room and I can't use it it's cold out here it bull **** a scam and I will press charges I can't use card till I talk to someone and there is no one to talk to till *am I will sue I'm already getting sick I'm so upset ))

GetHuman-annette12: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
