~wmil: Explained that we had * pairs of the same US made type *** shoe in * different colors and one was falling apart inside where the others were fine. The rep said it sounds like a wear and tear issue and we needed to buy a new pair. Said the shoes were over ** days old so not returnable. When I asked about their warranty statement that says outwears all other brands, she askedwhat other brand lasted longer. told them the other two color of theirs. Was told again "Sounds like wear and tear"! Nw I looking for a new shoe brand that gives a dam.
