However, the reps speak so fast and in such obscurities that it is difficult if not impossible to catch all that they are saying. I understood barely half of what I was told. I was given another number to call for more information regarding my issue, but got a voice mail and no other option but to leave a message. Now, I have to wait for somebody to get back to me (not a good experience in the past) so I'm at their mercy. Feeling helpless, very frustrated.
