~NotAhappyCamper: Not helpful at all...Did not even try to help...due to this experiance I will never shop with NY&C ever again... Ordered online called to change the shipping address (I just moved and am still changing address). I explained this to rep and he did not care did not want to help or appologize...will never shop here again.
