~Karen in TN: The customer service representative was very courteous, provided explanation, but ultimately my current problem was solved by the release of the item not shipped (for * days) during my call. Your company is inconsistently identifying charges across your web sites and emails. I had to split my order into * in order to get the advertised buy one get one half prices on comparable items. My emails shows the correct charges that I agreed to at the time of the orders. Yet when I tracked a shipment, your tracking website (https:**www.nyandcompany.com*nyco*myaccount*gadgets*orderStatusDetailPage.jsp?orderId*) shows identical charges ($**.**) for these identical items and that the first item (white jacket) was not shipped and in fact may be unavailable. If I have to return any of these gift items, I fear that I will have real problems returning the items for the price I committed to at ordering time. While ordering, I had to split my order up not for savings but in order to get the corr
