~Keyla: Why won't anyone help me!!! *I can't express how much I hate your company right now! I ordered clothing * weeks ago. I was sent the wrong order. I sent it back with all paper and shipping label for refund. I have been on the phone with your company for a week trying to reorder the correct items. You have the items yet you won't help me! Every assoc told me the incorrect info. At the beginning I was told you had my replacement skirt but I had to wait for a refund to my gift card. That was the longest hassle I ever had! What kind of exchange policy does your company have! WTH! Then I was told after the *th call that I couldn't reorder my items with my giftcard. I paid for these items originally with my giftcard why can't I now order over the phone like the manager said! Next I was told you don't have my original or *nd choice skirt bec you keep selling my size! Well, it's taken me a week to order them and now you're out of ever skirt! (Still haven't ordered my products)! Then I was to
