GetHuman-prosper: Impossible. Wish i could give no stars. No humans to get a hold of unless you are lucky. Had benefits withheld for over a month now & I am beginning to believe that they just do not care about the unemployed New Yorkers. The humans who do answer the calls(which only happened twice in * months) are rude,crude & treat you like you have nerve for being unemployed. Garbage, waste of time, hate it, im still pissed off for not seeing any retro pay even after sending the information that was asked of me.
