~richap: Firstly, I hope that someone reads this and a tally doesn't something about this injustice. As teachers we deserve some modicum of respect. What I experience when calling the state to inquire about my certificate was absolutely unacceptable. Not because I say it is, but because no one should treat another the way I was treated on the phone. I was absolutely shocked at the operators level of communication. I didn't catch the name of the rep however, she was highly disrespectful by calling me names such irresponsible. After many attempts of me asking her to please level with me and speak in a respectful manner she hung up on me. I am completely disenchanted in the way NYC handles it's affairs over the phone. Please someone, hear our plea and correct this injustice.
