I waited ** minutes to speak with one of your general information employees and once I was connected to an employee I was absolutely shocked at the service I was provided. I have never received service like this before and as a member of the New York state teachers I want to make sure that this is addressed. **I cannot recall the employees name because she was speaking way too fast for me to comprehend what she was saying. Once I started explaining my situation and the reason for my call I was rudely interrupted by this employee yelling saying "You need to stop right there, I can't hear you" I was taken back how she approached the situation then spoke a little loud and closer to the phone which she made very clear that she could now hear me. I once again started to explain my reason for calling and she rudely interrupted me again by yelling throug
