~J.Kay: I too, spoke with Carlos. After waiting a week, seems like he's the only one at Nicor that actually *does anything*?! (Although my issue wasn't solved, that wasn't the fault of Carlos! He really tried! Bravo!!!)

~J.Kay: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Nicor's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~J.Kay: For that I would say five out of five.
