GetHuman-54926: very disappointed with response and scheduled service time after a long online wait. At least ** hours before a service call time was available which is not acceptable for a ** yeard old person in the hot weather we are experiencing right now.*Over ** hours for a service ccall is not acceptable in this weather. However an hour later the air conditioner was operating again and I don't know why it started at that time. Right now I need to cancel tomorrow's scheduled appointment between * and * since it does seem to be working at this time
