~jmardis: The attitude conveyed is "that's just the way it is, sorry if you don't like it." No flexibility whatsoever. I asked for someone to contact me when the tech was coming for a *hr window appt. I was told that's not their job....the supervisor I spoke to actually blamed dispatch. Tired of Nicor's pass the buck excuses. Other utilities have no problem with a courtesy call so the customer doesn't have to sit on their *** *hrs waiting. It's * minutes from my place of work to my house. You're telling me somebody couldn't take ** seconds to save a customer * hours? It's hard to believe Nicor is any busier than AT&T, Dish, DTV or any other utility that provides this service. Ditch the elitist attitude and start serving the customers that make your livelihoods possible.**Jeff Mardis******@***.com
