~Tania: Hi, **I just wanted to let you know that I am very appaulled by the nintendo australia staff that served me about my nintendo and what I could do about it, the options they gave me were unjust, unfair, and the staff very rude to me and not nice. All i wanted was to get a replacement nintendo dsi machine but instead was told that I needed to pay for it $** which is not right because it was faulty, have a good day.**Kind regards**Tania Kostov

~Tania: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Tania: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Nintendo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Tania: For that I would say four out of five.
