~stampabout: NCL has not resolved our problem with our canceled Panama Cruise for April **, ****. Agents say they have the paper work and the next time we call, no they do not have it. Talked to three agents who said they had the documents and now they do not have it. They make it sound so good that they are going to take care of you when they cancel, but we are finding out that doesn't happen. Loved traveling with NCL but this has become a full time job and not worth risking them canceling another cruise on us. So said that agents can't make things happen and there is no way to talk to anyone above them.
