~Gato7Cpo: We enjoy sailing on Norwegian but they have the worst customer service ever! I would never book a cruise through them. I will always use a travel agent. I have tried for * days to get a simple answer from them about a cruise I have booked and I cannot speak with a cust service rep. On hold over ** minutes each day and I have hung up in frustration. No email box to send questions to. It does not seem like they care about their customers so I will not sail with them again. Unbelievable!!!
