GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's NutriSystem customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-433396: My husband and I were going on vacation in three weeks when we ordered. I'm not into quick fixes but for this time we wanted to just let him down a bit before we headed out in our bathing suits! We were told it takes four days to ship... No longer. It's been six days and I called the Nutrisystem customer service line. I said that we leave in a week and a half and we really needed to get that shipment as soon as possible like they had promised. The customer service representative told me that it was just getting to the warehouse to get processed and that it could take up to * to * more days. I wanted to cancel but he told me it still be $***. Nutrisystem has false advertising and horrible customer service. I have never once in my life left a bad review for a company. But I feel that I should warn people of the truth... I am beyond disappointed.
