GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's NutriSystem customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Ripped: They ripped me off. Their ad is misleading. You only get **% off you stay with them for more than one month. Be aware of their auto-deleivery. They sent me a second month of food without reminding soon enough. When I said I didn't want the food again they told me they would charge me about half the cost anyway. If I cancelled I would loose the **% off discount, etc., etc. They talked super fast and claimed they did send me e-mails which I never got.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting NutriSystem. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a NutriSystem problem?
~Ripped: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Ripped: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about NutriSystem's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Ripped: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other NutriSystem customers?
~Ripped: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for NutriSystem to know who you are.
