GetHuman-429899: I did not chose this company GMAC sold my loan to these people they are the worst cooperation that I have ever dealt with. The person who is lord knows where tried to tell me that they did not have my loan then I stated that's funny you sent me a letter telling me that you had my loan, so who is cashing the monthly checks that I send in. Then I was told that my loan was in cyber space WTH. contacting the BBB, and I have already contacted an attorney this is pist poor. The other thing I was hung up on not once but three times. Then I called back and request a name that did not good I could not understand the individual on the other side of this call.
