~Joe Militello: The people I spoke with were hard to understand. Kept sending me to a department closed even though my correspondence read that it was open. I understand the purpose of the random words below however impossiable to read.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Ocwen. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Ocwen problem?
~Joe Militello: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Joe Militello: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Ocwen's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Joe Militello: For that I would say one out of five.
