~patty: trying to have OCWEN mail me an overage on my tax escrow. I was notified in ***** of this overage. I called them each month because I never received this ****.** refund. (cant figure how a mtg company could make this mistake first of all!?!?) Each month I called, I was told there was some reason the check was not mailed to me, but promised as a priority, in ** days I would receive my check. Today, after *th month of calling I got the same response! They are holding my money they stole from me in randsome! No one speaks english well. And no matter what phone I call on, they use the excuse "Sorry, but we are having difficuylty with this connection....!" I plan to file a claim in court because they are not giving my my money back! I am in shock, but will be filing a court case against them and they will then need to pay for the filing fees and my day from work, and interest, as well as the time I have spent talking to them and the stress all their "customer service" has caused

~patty: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Ocwen's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~patty: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Ocwen customers?
~patty: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Ocwen to know who you are.
