~Colleen: I have been trying to access the website now for ** minutes but the little circle keeps spinning and spinning. One time I did get through but I could not pull up any pictures of items so I could see what I needed to order. I called this number and the woman told me there was nothing she could do and asked me to go out of the website and log back in. I told her I had already done so and her reply was, "I am sorry. There is nothing I can do. We are having website problems." This does not sit well with me when my boss is depending on me to get supplies for him quickly. I finally just hung up because she kept repeating herself, "I'm sorry. We are having website troubles." No estimate on how long the website would be like this --nothing.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting OfficeMax. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a OfficeMax problem?
~Colleen: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Colleen: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about OfficeMax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Colleen: For that I would say one out of five.

~Colleen: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for OfficeMax to know who you are.
