~Bob: Today I went to my local office Max store located at **** Airport pulling Rd Naples Florida *****. I tried to purchase $***.** worth of merchandise. I brought with me a pre-signed check by our officers. Embarrassingly to me the clerk informed me it was declined, I would have to use another method of payment. Why is it declined I ask? We don't know OfficeMax personal said check with your bank. So I left my cart full of the supplies I needed, and drove across town to my bank. I showed a bank officer my check, explained what OfficeMax had said* they checked our account verified it has over $**,*** dollars available and no holds on the account. I went back to the store explained what was going on to a different person who informed me Telecheck services had declined my check. I asked and was given OfficeMax Customer Service *-***- ***-OMAX. I called them explained the situation the person listened than transferred me to a different dept. I was put on hold, when they answered they listened

~Bob: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Bob: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~Bob: For that I would say four out of five.
