GetHuman-232162: i was in your store ***** on ********* and I needed some books binded. I was helped by a young lady named Andrea. She went above and beyound her duties in order to satisfy my wishes. Your policy dictates that you leave your books and they will call within ** hours for you to pick up. I explained to her I had to have the books that day. She was working alone , she told me that in between customers she would work on it. I waited, it was a very busy day. She kept her word and work diligently between the customers and getting my books done. Thanks to her I was able to have my books and complete my assignments on time. It is employees like Andreea that will make me come back as well as refer a friend.*Thank you*Kenneth Coleman
