GetHuman-132457: I WAS NOT NOTIFIED THAT MY * MONTH FREE ONSTAR HAD EXPIRED. I AM A RETIRED GM EMPLOYEE, ONSTAR CONTINUED BILLING ME FOR SERVISE I ASSUMED Was deleted after the ** day period. When I CONTACTED ONSTAR THEY CLAIMED THAT I SHOULD HAVE CONTACTED THEM TO TERMANATE MY COVERAGE. IN THE PAST VEHICLES I'VE PURCHASED WITH FREE ONSTAR, ONSTAR CONTACTED ME TO TO SEE IF I WANTED TO PAY FOR ADDITIONAL COVERAGE. ONSTAR debted my checking account for additional payment's for service I did not want.

GetHuman-132457: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about OnStar's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-132457: For that I would say four out of five.
