GetHuman-287539: I was serviced immediately, once I got a live person. I got pretty much what I wanted (an explanation and another year of service), even though I was required to buy more minutes to add to the ** minutes I had rolled over.

GetHuman-287539: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman-287539: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about OnStar's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-287539: For that I would say four out of five.
