~wheres my money?: Upon noticing an over charge on my credit card, i attempted for two days to reach on star b phone as well as online. Two lt i finally go through to a live person and was witched to the billing dep. Alady stated they were having cmputer trouble and i would need to call back in two ours. At the exact time she was telling me this i was reading cmplaints on line and she was telling me exactly what i was reading on a complaint. I told her this and she acted rude and said she would send me to thecomplaint dept. Cosidering cancelling real soon.
