~jdplano: Aftr * hours without power, I called Oncor. They said they couldn't tell me what was wrong or how long it would take to correct. I asked if they had no information, then who should I call* The rep actually told me o call the local news station as "they seem to have better information that we do" Pathetic

~jdplano: For that I would say five out of five.
