GetHuman-48020: Although the response was quick you were not all helpful in solving my problem. Two poles outside our house at *** Linda Loop Ottawa were marked for replacing. On March * **** a crew did some preliminary digging around the poles to be replaced. We did not realize until later in the evening that our phone was dead due to your crew cutting the telephone cable. When I phoned your trouble number the person who listened to my problem said they could do nothing about it. It was my problem. That is not the way I see it. Your crew cut the cable leaving us without the phone service we had. It should not be up to me to rectify this problem. It should be you. Thank you. I do hope to hear back for you soon.
