~disruntled customer: I wrote the previous review when a recorded message said Ooma's support line was disco'd. I tried again and a person answered in about ** seconds, was very knowledgable and helpful, and said they had a complete outage that day and was very apologetic. I take back the "horrible" rating and now give them excellent, as i had found them to be in the past.

~disruntled customer: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~disruntled customer: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Ooma's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~disruntled customer: For that I would say five out of five.
