~Roberta: I have replied via email and received no acknowledgement. I have also tried to telephone, got a recording that due to high number of calls phone support is unavailable. Just tried 'Live Chat' which is a continuous loop through various support pages but never connects to a human. No assurance at this point that I will actually receive my order by my deadline, and I cannot figure out how to reach anyone at ooShirts. Frustrated!
