~mario campos: I spoke to * associates, the first one was arrogant, threatening, and with a tone of a person without education. It was like he was trying to impose his conditions (such as if it was letting me to know as follow: "Is our way you have to accept our condition or else" "do you want to cancel today or next day" " There is no promotions now repeating do you want the service or not, I am ready to cancel and terminate our service, and move on. Do you want the service or not. I did tell him I have been with Optimum for more than * years, I will lwt you know when.*Thje second was a lady telling me that she could do better and give a better deal tan the Verizon telling me that in every organization were bad (rotten) apples. She did not convinced me that she was sincere. The last one try to retain me telling me that he was offering me a better deal and for less money. $***. and some change I believe ***.** for * years. It was ok. but he failed to specify that the premium channels were included fo

~mario campos: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Optimum's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~mario campos: For that I would say two out of five.
