~Brettus: On ********I I switched my three services (TV * Internet and Phone) to Optimum on line. I think that was a bad decision. First* Right after the change, I was able to make outgoing calls but no to receive. I called the C. Services and was told that my phone would be switched from Verizon to Optimum by the Oct******, which didn't happen. Then it was rescheduled two more times but nothing was done until I called on Dec****** and request to speak with a supresisor, who schedule a technician to came to my house on Dec****** and portting my phone line back to Verizon.*Second* my internet constantly goes on and off, and at least once a week I have to call to get reconnected.*Third* we have ordered the GLOBO chanel (Brasilian TV) and so far this has been a disaster, because it goes off with with a slight wind and or rain and sometimes stays of for a long period o time. *Forth* their customer services does no exist, in two occasions, their were supposed to call me back with a solution a for my

~Brettus: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Brettus: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Optimum's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Brettus: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Optimum customers?
~Brettus: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Optimum to know who you are.
