~Ira Cohen: Optimum continues to **** me off on a daily basis. Not only did they sneak a rate increase in for my monthly billing, but they told me up front that it is non-negotiable, and they wouldn't charge me anything if I decided to leave for another provider. Their internet service *****, and is really beginning to annoy me.

~Ira Cohen: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Ira Cohen: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Optimum's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Ira Cohen: For that I would say five out of five.
