~RamChandra: My account has been locked down for almost ** hours. Have called * different phone numbers without talking to a representative. Have also sent three different e-mails without a response. I suspect something catastrophic has occurred. I am fearful that hackers overcame company security and subsequently fear for the integrity of my account.

~RamChandra: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~RamChandra: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about OptionsHouse's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~RamChandra: For that I would say one out of five.
