GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's OptumRx customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-45217: Because Optum RX is so bad, I've transferred **-day RXs to a local pharmacy because I can get them much faster. I'm having to pay more but I need Rxs. Their internet site takes forever (upgrade server). Optum Rx acts like my prescription(s) are controlled substances so when I am able to re-order, it takes another **-** days and I often pay for overnight shipping to get meds in time. I have never had such a run-around from a company. No emails have ever been acknowledged and Optum RX says emails go to AARP. Who governs this pharmacy?
