GetHuman-325679: I was a little upset a couple of days ago when trying to order an existing prescription. I was told it was no longer on the formulary, which it was. I asked when did that happen and was told "yesterday" and to call my plan. I called my plan today and they said it was still covered. I called Prescription Solutions today and was blessed in talking with Shayuntay who processed my order with efficiency and apologed for what trouble I had placing the order previously. This an employee who needs to be recognized for her abilities. Thanks Shayuntay!!
