~ronfaith: 've used optum rx, july they cashed my check and lost my prescriptions. Im waiting on surgery to replace a broken rod in my back.that was a month out of my life I was bed ridden with no problem *-* times.Iwould suggest if your thinking of using them,i would think again.their liares, thieves,and very under-educated to hold peoples lives in their hands!you'ed be safer fooling with a * year old off the street than beleiveing anything optum says!If they were not connected to u.h.c.,they would be out of business for neglect and stupidity! please save your self and find another pharmacy that cares about the customer instead of how many lies they can get away with in a day!** years and it the worst experience I've ever had.PLEASE HELP PUT OPTUM OUT OF BUSSINESS SO THE CAN GO BACK TO STARBUCKS WHERE THEY HAVE TO FACE THEIR MISTAKES!THE WORLD WOULD BE A BETTER PLACE!

~ronfaith: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about OptumRx's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ronfaith: For that I would say four out of five.
