~mws: I personally think the people on the phone are try their best to help. But they are either not provided with the right system or information to help. Constantly come back with wrong answers, e.g. Prescription not covered, will costs me million dollar to fill, ordering me drugs without asking for all inion and subsequently cancel my order not telling me. I asked ***x that they need to make sure my refills would go smoothly. No, went through the same painful process. And their website is never with the correct info. Never one time I can place a prescription order without calling them. When I ask them why all these crazy problems, they blame my insurance company. I had a more than smooth experience with Medco prior to this.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting OptumRx. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a OptumRx problem?
~mws: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~mws: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about OptumRx's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~mws: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other OptumRx customers?
~mws: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for OptumRx to know who you are.
