GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's OptumRx customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~PO'd_Customer: If you want to speak with an automated system that repeats the company name over and over, ad nauseum, then wait for a human to deem when they will talk you (but probably not help you) them this is the company you want. Suggestion to Prescription Solutions: Be honest with your customers and change the name "Customer Service" to "Customer Con" since you have no service for your customers. I'm fed up with them and looking elsewhere.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting OptumRx. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a OptumRx problem?
~PO'd_Customer: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~PO'd_Customer: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about OptumRx's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~PO'd_Customer: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other OptumRx customers?
~PO'd_Customer: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for OptumRx to know who you are.
