GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's OptumRx customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~debbie: the person did not understand me and I could not understand him but it was clear English was not a strong language for him as the words he did run together were both English but poorly spoken. I asked to talk to a person that could help this and he said he did not understand... I am talking to my congressmen Monday and the news AARP has no buss placing seniors in this delima!!

~debbie: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~debbie: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about OptumRx's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~debbie: For that I would say three out of five.
