~Lisa: Have phoned Optus many times over the last ** days. Just shifted all phones and internet to Optus and it seems there is a porting problem so cannot get any calls in to my home phone unless you are calling from Optus. Have not have much meaningful contact only comments like "It wild take another **hours". The standard reply. Not good enough and I am beginning to regret the move.
