GetHuman-228016: Over two weeks, cannot use business phone, pathetic service, more excuses than a dole bludger for not fixing problem. Redirected to another phone, buggered that up and cut of home phone. Employ some Australians who speak the language and don't expect clients to teach your employees English. Try answering a phone about faults and people might recommend you service, I wont be.
