GetHuman-85964: we had overhead cables crossing our property and in the harms way of tradesmen, as new building was being contructed. after * very long calls and getting the runaround from optus and being put on hold for up to .**min at a time, being told that because i was not a customer i can not be helped. after loosing my temper and telling optus that if cables are on my property without my premision I was going to have them removed by a private electrician, optus managed to find someone who could help - should be fixed tomorrow.
