~Karen: i waited for approx * minutes then spoke to an operator who said he couldn't help me but would transfer me to another section that could. The gentleman from this section was most unhelpful saying he was unable to test the line and the number I was reporting the fault of had to contact Optus themselves. I explained that they may not know there was a problem that's why I was contacting Optus. He said blatantly there was nothing he could do unless the faulty line*company contacted him. I am so very disatisfied. No help from Optus whatsoever!!!
