GetHuman-pyles: I booked a flight threw Orbitz to newark and I had to cancel dates and I had purchased insurance also they say I was credited for both and then they tell me they refunded my insurance but didn't so I tried to use my credits and reschedule but they hangup on me but before they hangup on me they say I have to pay $*** extra for a penalty plus more for insurance and the cost of the difference in tickets but again * different times hung up on me and didn't refund or reschedule or help me....
