~Aanla: bought a ticket sold as "free cancellation". Canceled my ticket and received a credit of *** dollars to use within a year. When I tried to use the credit they wanted a couple of hundred in fees. Very bad to say its "free to cancel" then can only use part of the credit!

~Aanla: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Aanla: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Orbitz's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Aanla: For that I would say three out of five.

~Aanla: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Orbitz to know who you are.
