~Pamela: This has been the most frustrating customer experience of my life. All I am trying to do is cancel one flight and book myself and child on another flight. I have made several phone calls and waited approximately *-* hours on the phone. I have been charged double the fees and several fees I wasn't expecting. I am now on hold again, for the last ** minutes while I wait for a supervisor. I will be making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, I will put complaints on as many travel sites as I can. This is the worst service ever! I will never use Orbitz again.
