~Anonymous: While typing south. Boston, MA south boston, VA came up but I didn't notice and booked two rooms. Sent the email confirmation to my husband who did notice and I called them immediately to cancel and rebook. They would cancel but with NO refund nor credit. Needless to say I did not book the revised booking with them, nor will I ever again!!

~Anonymous: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Anonymous: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Orbitz's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say one out of five.

~Anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Orbitz to know who you are.
