~socal sandy: Still did not have answers about my loveseat . They shipped wrong loveseat and waiting another month and still no loveseat. They would not expedite the loveseat shipping.it's holding up the stair rail being put back in and new wallpaper on the staircase. I have a wedding at my house on sept * and need to get the contractors in. They promised me it would be in at the local delivery agent between august ** to **th. Today is august **th and the customer service agent promised me a call back yesterday. I had to call again today and she had someone else communicate with me on the phone. I was promised another call tommorrow! I paid for this in mid June for around $****.
